RAW VS VIRGIN

At GGH, we pride ourselves on sourcing the HIGHEST quality extensions on the market and we ALWAYS keep our customer in mind. While both our Raw and Virgin extensions are both high quality options, there are key differences between the two:

GGH RAW EXTENSIONS:

Definition:

Raw [RAW] Hair-collected directly from donor without chemical processioning or treatments.

Characteristics:

  • Unprocessed:completely unprocessed making it the most natural form of hair extensions available
  • Durability:Extremely durable and long lasting. Can last up to 5 years with proper care
  • Natural Texture: Retains the natural hair texture
  • Versatility: Is able to be dyed, bleached, and styled like natural hair
  • High Maintenance: Require a bit more love to maintain its quality, including regular deep conditioning and gentle handling

GGH VIRGIN EXTENSIONS:

Definition:

Virgin [ vur-jin] Hair- Hair that has not been chemically processed but may have undergone a steam process to create a uniform curl or wave pattern. Collected from a single donor and retains the cuticle alignment.

Characteristics:

  • Unprocessed in terms of chemicals: No chemical treatments but may have undergone steam processing for texture
  • Durability : Very durable but slightly less than raw hair due to possible steam process
  • Uniform texture: often a more uniform texture compared to raw hair, which can be beneficial for achieving consistent styling results
  • Versatility: Can be bleached, dyed, and styled but may not respond as well as raw hair.

WHICH ONE IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

RAW EXTENSIONS: Best for those who love a more natural, unprocessed option and want lasting hair for years. Ideal for those willing to invest in high quality and can maintain them diligently.

VIRGIN EXTENSIONS : A great option for those seeking high quality at an affordable cost. Suitable for those who want a balance between quality, ease of maintenance, and affordability.

CONCLUSION:
